Well-trained staff, nice beds and fine breakfast. Our room was neat and the view was superb. Lovely little hotel in cute area. Again, it was at a medium distance from Museum of Fine Arts of Bilbao and other sights in Bilbao. Service was superb there too.

Check in was fast, I loved optimal location and bright rooms. My stay was relaxing, and the entire staff was absolutely lovely! Most of the time food was exceptional especially during the continental breakfast. There was an excellent restaurant, a supermarket and stores next door.

stayed for 1 night and was impressed by this boutique hotel. i had a quirky room with the city view. variety of various drinks, such as tea and coffee in the bar. the location was secure, just a pleasant stroll away from mirador de artxanda.
